Ninety days to build a practice that lasts a lifetime.
Prepared exclusively for the 15-Member Leadership Cohort — Adwaith Lakshmi Industries Pvt. Ltd. · Coimbatore · October 2026
Welcome
This program weaves prayer, breathwork, yoga, training, discipline, medicine, mental health and diet into a single 75–90 minute morning practice for Adwaith Lakshmi's 15-member leadership cohort.
Delivered by the Doctor · Trainer · Psychologist team — Companion document to the Executive Wellness Pilot Program.
Tradition provides the practice; science provides the guardrails.

Inside the Pillars
The program provides the time, the structure and the shared commitment — never the content of anyone's faith.
The Journey
Every member knows, on any given day, exactly what they practise, who they will meet, and what is being measured.
PHASE 1 — FOUNDATION (ADOPT)
Days 1–30
Learn the practices · Fix the routine · Remove the obvious harm
PHASE 2 — DEEPENING (BUILD)
Days 31–60
Increase intensity · Refine the diet · Go inward
PHASE 3 — INTEGRATION (OWN)
Days 61–90
Make it self-led · Prove the change · Design the lifelong version
GATE 1 · DAY 30
GATE 2 · DAY 60
GATE 3 · DAY 90
Three moments of honest measurement — support, not removal.
Section 04 · Dinacharya

Pillar 5
The 90-Day Tracker — one page, seven practices, two minutes a day
Fixed anchors — wake 5:30 AM, lights out 10:30 PM, all 90 days
Accountability pairs — daily check-in message, weekly walk, reshuffled each phase
Sunday self-review · 15 min — one win, one slip, next week's focus
The Never-Miss-Twice rule — missing a day is human; never miss two
Cohort streak board — team-level streaks, collective pride, no personal exposure
Ten Points a Day
10 / day
Target ≥ 56 of 70 per week (80%)
Section 05
Safe by design — every guardrail stated plainly.
Medical records are shared with the Doctor securely before Day 0; individual health information is never visible to the employer — only aggregate bands are reported.
Mental-health sessions — filter or extended — are fully confidential; participation is reported only in aggregate.
Wellness practices support medical care and never replace it; medication changes belong to the member's own treating physician alone.
The program provides time, structure and shared commitment — never the content of anyone's faith.
Dizziness, breathlessness or joint pain ends the session and triggers a Doctor review.
Attendance is encouraged, never coerced; missing a day is human; the system simply never lets a miss become two.
Advanced pranayama, breath retention, inversions and loaded training only with the Doctor's written clearance — per member, per phase.
Red flags — chest discomfort · unusual breathlessness · dizziness in practice → immediate Doctor review, no exceptions

Day-90 anonymous survey · vote on extending to teams
The truest measure comes after Day 90 — how many are still practising at Day 180.
A 6-month follow-up — one group session, one re-survey — closes the loop.
